1)An invoice of 50% the full price must be paid upon the completion of the first steps of the commissioned “product” (Live2D Rigging or Model Art) such as eye rigging or sketching.2)The client can request a WIP (Work In Progress) update from the artist at any part of the process.3)The time for completion of the piece varies depending on complexity. A simple product can be completed within 2 weeks while more complex ones can take 4+ months. Due to the artist's backlog/schedule, faster completion or deadlines may require extra fees.4)Once the product is finished, small changes like color adjustments, adding small details or fixing mistakes can in most cases be done for free.5)Any large changes or extra toggles(e.g. clothing changes, hand poses, hairstyles, held objects or different accessories) will be charged extra. Please ensure to review the initial WIP previews AND payment table properly!6)All agreed-upon product files are sent after final payment via email.7)If a client purchases product types “Half Body/Full Body Package Deal'' they will need to pay an additional fee of 25% the full price if they want the photoshop files holding the sepperated model art as well.8)The artist has the right to post a full showcase of the product without consulting the client first.9)If the client would like to withhold the artist from posting a showcase before a specific time, then the client may have to pay an additional fee depending on the date. The client cannot pay to stop the artist from posting a showcase.10)The purchase is for a digital product (VTuber model, Model Art or Rigging service) not any type of physical product.11)The product may or may not be used in a process video, tutorial or for my portfolio. You cannot request this or pay for it.12)Refunds are not offered.13)The client and artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties.
